Open Mic On Sunday Nights at Embassy Theatre on the historic downtown Cumberland Mall, May-October 1! THIS IS THE FINAL OPEN MIC OF THE SEASON! Covered dish affair, with lots of complimentary snacks for all throughout the evening! Chances to win door prizes, too!
OCTOBER 1 – Grand Finale Open Mic Sunday Nights, hosted this week by The Dodges (Zach and Mikayla)…featuring vocalists, poets, comedians, dancers, musicians, actors, monologues, and just about anything else that can be performed on the small stage! Fan favorites performing Sunday in addition to The Dodges may be Briana Merkel, Jason McDonald, Kelley Eliza, Lily O’Fisher, The Dodges, Maddii Matrey, Robynn Lynn Mexico with Karen Snow, Adam T Swayne, Kristen Evans, Mark Perman,Trish Morgan, Mark Baker, Ralph Magliano, Jake Fader…bring a covered dish to complement what the Embassy has on the complimentary smorgasbord of deliciousness: cocktail meatballs, buffalo chicken dip/tortilla chips, Walkin’ Tacos, Courtin’ Fudge…beverages can be purchased at the Passport Cafe in the lobby.
Held from 6-10 pm, with sign-ups beginning at 6 pm.
Get up on the big stage and share your talent in a laid back, nurturing atmosphere. Or, come in & relax, enjoy the A/C, have a drink, and connect with members of the local arts community.
You don’t have to be a musician to join the fun. Performers of all ages and genres are welcome and encouraged – that means comedians, poets, actors, dancers, vocalists…whatever you’ve got!
Some instruments provided, but feel free to bring your own. Perform solo, or come up and jam with friends if the spirit moves you.
No cover charge. Under 18 permitted with adult.
Passport Cafe will be open during each Open Mic on Sunday Nights, with a full cash bar.
